Alone doesn't mean lonely. Some independent folks are comfortable ordering a dinner for one or traveling alone. For some, being left alone is an unwanted consequence of their nature.
Aries are autonomous, yet their competitive nature can make them feel lonely. "Because Aries is a competitive sign, they cannot easily trust others, and others cannot easily trust them," explains spiritual healer.
According to Peaceful Dumpling astrologer Victoria Thomas, Aries will occasionally seek for "vulnerable" people who would justify their dubious actions.
Kyle Thomas, celebrity astrologer and horoscope writer, claims this water sign "the most sensitive zodiac sign of all because they are ruled by Neptune, the planet of spiritually, and Jupiter, the planet of hope."
Pisces wants connection, but they must trust the other person. "They love with all their hearts," Newman explains.
Virgos are perfectionists, "which leads them to cut out people if they don't feel it's a 'perfect match,'" says Kyle. However, their hypercriticism might make others leave.
In milder circumstances, Virgos' type-A personalities might hinder sustainable relationships. They'll be too busy preparing a meet-up to appreciate it.
Cancers feel deeply. Even happy people miss people and places. "They're ruled by the moon, which is a very self-reflective and nostalgic luminary," says Kyle.
Cancer is also the moodiest sign. Their mood swings might confuse others and turn them off. Cancers prefer family to socializing.
Capricorns prioritize career advancement over socializing and relationship building. Kyle argues workaholics emphasize achievement, fortune, and job over their personal life.
"They prefer to be alone and relax rather than interact with others," Newman says. Capricorns are likely to cancel last-minute invitations and remain home.
"They take their time getting to know someone and may prefer their own company until they are certain of the connection," says Newman. They'll quickly build a wall if they feel offended, which happens often.
Scorpios are secretive. They're distrustful and untrusting because they presume others are likewise.
